Shipping And Delivery

Returns, Refunds, And Cancellations

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact BeyMart before sending any item back. Do not send a return to an address shown on the original shipping package unless BeyMart specifically provides or confirms that return instruction.

Return eligibility and return shipping responsibility may depend on the product, reason for return, item condition, circumstances, and any rights that apply to the order. Refunds are issued after the applicable return or order resolution has been reviewed and approved. After BeyMart issues an approved refund, additional posting time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
