Where is my order?
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. If you need help with tracking or delivery, contact BeyMart with your order number and checkout email address.
Why did my order arrive in packaging from another company?
Some BeyMart products may be shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Your package may show partner branding, shipping labels, or documentation. BeyMart remains your point of contact for support concerning orders placed through BeyMart.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times when products are fulfilled separately.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact BeyMart as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact BeyMart promptly with your order number, checkout email address, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Eligible change-of-mind return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact BeyMart first before sending any item back.
Should I send a return to the address on the package?
No. Do not send a return to an address shown on the original shipping package unless BeyMart specifically provides or confirms that return instruction.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued after the applicable return or order resolution has been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method, and posting time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Does BeyMart ship internationally?
Shipping availability may depend on the product, destination, checkout availability, and fulfillment capability. Only destinations available through checkout should be treated as supported for a given order.
Who handles customs, duties, or import charges?
Where applicable, destination-specific customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges may apply unless the order or checkout specifically states otherwise.
